Gary Stevens

Since leaving university, Gary has spent much of his spare time travelling, starting with a road trip down the east coast of the USA. An overland trip through east and southern Africa was quickly followed by the first of several adventures through South-East Asia. He’s even worked for a SCUBA diving company in Thailand. Visits to South America, China and India were then all interspersed by shorter trips throughout Europe. But, he’s also managed to put down some roots, having lived in both Australia and New Zealand, taking full advantage of his time in each to explore his new surroundings. Since starting a family, his destinations have become a little less “extreme” and is able to recommend between a wide range of family-friendly destinations.
