Spend your final night in Madrid, the country's vibrant capital.

Day by day itinerary

Day 1

Fly to Seville and pick up your hire car. You will be staying at the Hospes Las Casas del Rey de Baeza. The four-star hotel is an example of typical Sevillian architecture, and its rooms are colonial in style with a fresh and friendly ambience. The Dreamer's room, for example, is simple and tasteful but is worth upgrading to a Deluxe or Junior Suite if you prefer more opulent furnishings. Make sure you explore the swimming pool-solarium on the roof, as it has unique views of the city centre.

Stay: Hospes Las Casas del Rey de Baeza (Deluxe)

Day 2

Today you will enjoy a Classic Seville guided tour, taking you through the “Barrio de Santa Cruz” and the most beautiful places in the city. Before dinner, you will have an informal introductory presentation of Iberian ham and ham cutting with the option of trying the local delicacy. Alternatively, choose to experience a Tablao Flamenco: an authentic Flamenco show that's part of the cultural heritage of Seville.

Stay: Hospes Las Casas del Rey de Baeza (Deluxe)

Day 3
Seville– Cáceres

After breakfast, take a 2.5 hour drive to Caceres. When you're there, you will check in to the wonderful Hospes Palacio de Arenalas and Spa. This Hospes hotel is a 5-star historical property that's located ten minutes from the city centre. Surrounded by hundreds of olive trees and inhabited by over 80 storks' nests, the area was declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1986.

Today, you are free to explore Cáceres and visit Ciudad Monumental (the Old Town). A combination of narrow cobbled streets and ancient stone walls, the skyline is dotted with gargoyles, spires, and storks' nests. The city boasts a beautiful public square – Plaza Mayor: a perfect place to enjoy a coffee and watch the world go by.

In the evening, enjoy a Special Ruta de la Plata dinner in Las Corchuelas Restaurant; a chance to try some of the region’s delicious local cuisine.

Its 51 rooms offer a tranquil haven between thick stone walls, and they offer views of the cathedrals, the Patio de los Olivos, or the romantic Cloister of Convent San Esteban. In the evening, there's a Tapas Tasting at the restaurant El Monje, giving you the chance to sample local dishes like Iberian pork and Meneás.
