Nevada is undoubtedly associated with the gambling and entertainment mecca of Las Vegas. Other sin cities include 'the biggest little city in the world', Reno, Carson City and Virginia City.
Away from the cities and Nevada is mostly an uninhabited desert of rugged mountain and plains. Another must see is the Great Basin National Park and the 'loneliest road in America', which passes by Wheeler Peak. The 'silver state' has come a long way from its mining past, but it's still a magnet for wealth.
