DAYS 1-3 SYDNEY
Arrive Sydney and check into The Observatory for a three-night stay. Where do you start in this stylish city with its electric atmosphere and fun-loving attitude? Standing at Circular Quay, theres the iconic Sydney Harbour Bridge on your left, the Opera House on your right and the glorious harbour stretching in all directions. A cruise on the harbour is a definite must do, and if youve a head for heights try your hand at climbing the Harbour Bridge. For something different, take a water taxi across the harbour to Doyles seafood restaurant at Watsons Bay, their fish and chips are out of this world.
DAYS 4-5 BLUE MOUNTAINS
Join your driver-guide for a private tour to the Blue Mountains, stopping off at points of interest along the way. Arrive at Lilianfels, your SYDNEY & BEYOND hotel for the next two nights. Lilianfels is a beautifully restored 1800s country house overlooking the dramatic escarpment of the Blue Mountains National Park. Beyond the hotel, ride the Scenic Railway and visit Jenolan Caves. For the more active there are golf and bushwalking opportunities.
DAY 6 HUNTER VALLEY
Spend another morning with your driver-guide for a private tour as you drive north to the Hunter Valley. Tower Lodge is your accommodation for the night. The Lodge makes up part of the Tower Estate along with the winery and the muchacclaimed Roberts Restaurant. Your stay includes a private tasting and guided tour of the winery.
DAY 7 SYDNEY
