The Award Winning ’Sunlander’ rail journey is a favourite amongst travellers wishing to experience the highlights of Australia’s east coast from Brisbane to the Tropical North. On board the Sunlander you’ll experience more than just a train journey, travelling in Queenslander class, for ultimate comfort, you’ll gain first hand experience into Queensland’s local heritage, culture and landscapes, set to a backdrop of fine dining, first-class accommodation and service.
Queenslander Class
Queenslander class is the premium, all inclusive* onboard cabins, featuring private twin berth accommodation (bunk bedding) by night and a two-seater lounge by day. Full panoramic windows, washbasin, wardrobe & full length mirror are also located in cabins. A fine dining restaurant car exclusive to Queenslander class guests including a la carte menu’s and live entertainment in the lounge car. Showers and toilets are conveniently located at the end of the carriage.
