Day by day itinerary
Depart the UK for Quebec City, you'll be met and transferred to hotel with the rest of your first day free to explore the city, a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1985.
Founded at the beginning of the 17th Century by French explorer Samuel de Champlain, Quebec is one of the oldest European settlements in North America. This rich history is reflected in the architecture, particularly in the old part of the city, which is characterised by its narrow winding streets and stone buildings and dominated by the imposing form of Chateau Frontenac.

Hotel de Glace
Transfer to Hotel de Glace, located just a short distance from downtown Quebec. Hotel de Glace is America's only Ice Hotel and an extraordinary feat of construction and creativity, it is definitely a must-see attraction as well a truly unique place to spend a night.
Imposing ceilings as high as five meters in places, along with intricate ice sculptures and ice furniture make this a fascinating place to stay. The thick walls act as the perfect windbreakers, helping to keep the hotel at a constant temperature of between minus two and minus five degrees. Experienced guides will help you make the most of your ice hotel experience and a welcome briefing will help to ensure a comfortable and relaxing stay and the hotel provides all the bedding you need to keep you warm and toasty.
The hotel features 36 standard ice rooms and theme suites with individual designs and between the hours of 9 am and 9 pm, all overnight guests have access to a Nordic relaxation area complete with outdoor spas and sauna.
Stay: Hotel de Glace
Check out of the Hotel de Glace and transfer to Quebec Station for your rail journey to Montreal. Travelling in VIA Rail Business Class you'll enjoy an at seat service with lounge access in Quebec City before you depart. On arrival in Montreal make your way to your hotel, located in the heart of the old town. You're close to a wealth of excellent shops and restaurants, the underground city as well as the Notre Dame Basillica.
Stay: Le Saint Sulpice (Superior)
Today you'll be transferred deep into the Quebec countryside for a winter adventure at Hotel Sacacomie on the shores of Sacacomie Lake. You'll have 3 nights here to enjoy the wealth of complimentary winter activities which include ice skating, cross country skiing, snow shoeing and tobogganing. Snow mobiling and dog sledding adventures are also available for an additional charge.

On your final morning you'll be transferred from Hotel Sacacomie to Montreal Airport for your return flight to the UK.
