Situated an easy 4.5 hour drive from Johannesburg and Sir Seretese Khama International Airport, Gaborone approximately two hours away by car, the Lodge is located in the eastern region of Madikwe Game Reserve.
12 spacious and stylish suites accommodate guests at Lelapa, each appointed with a generous lounge, indoor and outdoor shower, fireplace, sofa bed, sprawling deck and private plunge pool. The suites are located within 15 metres of each other, so if travelling with children they are never far away.
Meals at Lelepa cater to all tastes, for adults, the menu is sophisticated, simple and flavoursome with African influences. For children, there is a pizza oven in the boma and children can assist chefs in making pizza. Prices include all meals, teas and coffees, bush breakfasts and dinners, picnic lunches, soft drinks, local beers, spirits and house wines and all meals are prepared from a much locally grown produce as possible.
Children of all ages are welcome at this safari camp, with a children’s programme including exciting indoor and outdoor activities.
