Kasara Resort is located on the borders of Chitwan National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Situated in a lush jungle environment, the resort is ideally placed for nature lovers and for those after adventure tourism. The hotel is in the heartland of Nepal, and its proximity to the national park ensures a close interaction with nature, as well as the community and forests of Chitwan.
Kasara has 35 upscaled rooms and villas, as well as two VIP villas with a private infinity-edge plunge pool. The rooms are designed to respond directly to the surrounding landscape, with a seamless blend of comfort and nature. Deluxe Villas come with a private garden, courtyard, and a sun deck. Jungle View Villas, on the other hand, have private balconies and forest views. They also have a spacious bathroom and an outdoor garden shower.
Dining at the hotel is healthy, delicious and gastronomic. Its menu focuses on taste, quality and locally sourced ingredients. Most of its fruit and vegetables are also grown in its organic garden. The main restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, and there's also a Bar and Lounge that serves an extensive collection of international wines. There's also the option of in-room dining.
For relaxation visit the hotel's spa that offers treatments aimed at improving your wellbeing. To compliment the treatments, try out yoga, swimming, a sauna or steam bath. If you'd like to take an excursion, then there are plenty to choose from. You can enjoy an elephant safari, a jeep safari, a nature walk or some birdwatching. If you're feeling adventurous, try elephant bathing, a novel way to get clean!
