After dinner, make your way upstairs for the Rooftop Terrace. Overlooking the terracotta jumble of rooftops that has become something of a Venetian icon, it’s the ideal place to enjoy a Bellini, spritz or fruit cocktail from the next-door Rialto Market. Back inside, whether it’s the frescoed ballroom and lounge, the imposing marble staircases or the cherubic statues, the hotel positively oozes regality.
