The hotel’s estate is surrounded on all sides by the Bouddi National Park on Bouddi Peninsula, the southernmost tip of a coastal region that’s just across the water from Sydney’s Palm Beach. The hotel is designed by Chrissie Jeffery, a renowned exporter of the type of elegant sophistication seen in cottages in The Hamptons. Inspired by Bells' coastal location, its fine-dining restaurant brings an Italian influence to local produce. Dishes such as potato gnocchi with seafood ragu are garnished with herbs and vegetables from the property’s extensive kitchen gardens. Additionally, the wine to come out of the restaurant’s glass-walled, temperature-controlled wine cellar has been awarded the top “3 Glasses” award, the only regional New South Wales restaurant to receive it.
