This extension package to a holiday in India allows you to finish your trip with a stay at JAWAI Leopard Camp, a luxurious desert safari camp located near the JAWAI hills, between Jodhpur and Udaipur in northern India. The camp is located in an area that's famous for its high population of leopards, and is the only tented camp that focuses on leopard viewing. The camp also focuses on ecotourism and big cat conservation, using driver-tracker experts to guide you on your game viewing trips.

Jawai Leopard Camp
Today, you will arrive at Jawai Leopard Camp, a chic safari camp located among the Jawai hills near Udaipur, northern India. Leopards are Jawai’s predominant attraction, and there is a thriving population of them across the region. The surrounding area is also excellent for walking, and ramblers are guaranteed some great days out. You will arrive at the camp in the afternoon today, and you will embark on an afternoon jeep safari in a customised 4X4 jeep, with a driver-tracker on board to expertly guide you through the park.

Jawai Leopard Camp
Over the next two days, you will spend your time enjoying game drives through the park in search of big cats. After you've enjoyed breakfast at the camp you will head out on your first morning Jeep Safari, before enjoying your second drive in the afternoon until dusk. However, since the wilderness area at Jawai is not bounded by park authorities, there is a lot of flexibility in timing in terms of going out in search for big cats. You will also get the opportunity to walk with a Rabari herdsman, the local tribespeople from the area.
