Vito Minoli
Biography
Vito’s passion for travel has been shaped by years of discovery across more than forty countries. With family roots in Bologna and a year spent living in Bordeaux, his connection to European culture runs deep. From the grand boulevards of Paris and Budapest to the ancient streets of Athens, the charm of Tallinn and Porto, and the relaxed shores of Sardinia, Vito has developed a genuine appreciation for Europe’s contrasts, quirks, and character. Highlights along the way have ranged from exploring the haunting remains of Chernobyl to dining at Michelin-starred restaurants in Copenhagen.
His curiosity has taken him well beyond Europe, too. Vito has cruised through Vietnam’s majestic Halong Bay, stood beneath Rio’s Christ the Redeemer, walked along the Great Wall of China, and driven the iconic Californian coastline from San Francisco to San Diego. Whether discovering somewhere new or returning to a favourite destination, he finds joy in the small details that make travel truly memorable.
