Andy has worked in the travel industry for 17 years, specializing as a tailor-made consultant. Having first travelled to Australia and New Zealand in the late 1990s to live and work, he has returned Down Under on a regular basis, to enjoy the varied scenery, superb food and laid-back personalities that you meet along the way. He considers New Zealand something of a first love but is also drawn to the hustle and bustle of Sri Lanka where the colonial history, religious architecture, varied landscapes and spectacular beaches make for a wonderful holiday. In addition, Andy has also travelled throughout Europe, Asia, the USA and Canada, and has dipped his toes into Southern Africa, South America and the Caribbean.
Such is the size of Asia that it almost defies description. Whether you explore the hi-tech cities and ancient regions of China and Japan, journey across the central steppe or immerse yourself in the culturally rich South East regions, you'll be amazed by the cultural diversity at every turn.
