From the modern city of Ho Chi Minh City (formerly Saigon) to the ancient temples of Angkor, this 15-day APT Luxury tour, including a week aboard the RV AmaLotus, takes in the very best of Cambodia and southern Vietnam. Begin your journey in Ho Chi Minh City, where you'll spend two days enjoying the sights and sounds of one of South East Asia's liveliest cities. Then, the pace changes dramatically as you board your luxury cruise ship for a seven-night journey along the Mekong, beginning with the Mekong Delta's floating markets and vast  swathes of fertile farmland. Continuing into Cambodia, you'll explore towns and temples along the riverbank and spend a day in the Cambodian capital Phnom Penh, learning about the often harrowing history that in some ways still defines this fascinating city. Lastly, arrive at Tonlé Sap Lake for the final approach to Siem Reap and the great Temples of Angkor.

With APT you'll be accompanied by the most knowledgeable local guides and enjoy a selection of the best experiences available throughout your holiday. Their "Freedom of Choice" touring and dining concept allows you to pick and choose the excursions and restaurants that match your own preferences, so you can tailor the parts of your holiday that matter most.
