UK to Rovinj
After a short flight from the UK, you'll be met at the Pula airport and transferred to the Rovinj. After an afternoon exploring town's Lungomare Plaza promenade, head to Katarina's Patisserie for a cupcake and the best espresso in town, then the Primi Terreni Restaurant offers the unique flavours of Istria.

Pula and Rovinj
Today you'll meet your local guide for a private tour of Pula and Rovinj. Once a fishing vilalge, Rovinj now exudes a Mediterranean feel with winding streets and passages. After a walk around the town, transfer to Pula with its vibrant cultural history, complete with Roman amphitheatre. Continue to Bale, one of Istria's best-kept secrets where the Grubic family will host a private olive oil tasting in the historic settings of their old mill, before returning back to your accommodation.

Istria
Meet your guide and driver for a private tour of Istria's interior. The best truffle region of Croatia, Istria is renowned for its gastronomy. In Buzet village meet a local family who are third generation truffle hunters. Learn about the history of the truffle hunt, followed by a delicious lunch. Continue exploring the idyllic interior of rolling hills, dotted with small towns and hilltop villages. Continue to Grozjan with its medieval alleyways, galleries and studios, before returning to your hotel.

Plitvice to Split
This morning, after checking out, transfer to Plitvice Lakes National Park for a tour with a local guide. Harmony of the blues and the greens in deep woodland makes this one of the most beautiful national parks in the world. Follow a well-laid out system of wooden walkways through the park and immerse yourself into a true fairy tale. Later today continue with your driver towards Split and your accommodation for two nights. Overnight in Split.

Split
After breakfast, meet your guide for a private tour of Split. This unique 1700-year-old town features a living monument of the Diocletian’s Palace, included in the UNESCO’s World Heritage list. A walk reveals layers of history on every step and every magnificent landmark. The majestic square of Peristil rises above the Palace; pretty Venetian palazzi encircle lively squares, while the colourful green market and a relaxing waterfront promenade create a cozy living room for the locals.
Proceed to your special lunch venue on the slopes of Mt Kozjak. Your chef and sommelier will take you for an exclusive gourmet experience in an exquisite food & wine pairing. In unique settings of a stone-built house, set amidst a vineyard, enjoy finest bites and wines of the region. Overnight in Split.

Split to Pakleni Islands & Hvar to Stari Grad by private boat
This morning a short transfer will bring you to the port where your boat awaits. Hop on-board and enjoy a private cruise to Hvar Island. On the way, visit Pakleni, a chain of eleven islets watching over the Hvar port. This breath-taking archipelago with intact nature and sapphire waters is ideal for swimming and sunbathing. Don’t miss out on a delicious local meal – ask your skipper for recommendations – as there are fine little restaurants scattered around the islands. Then explore Hvar, the sunniest place in Europe. This lovely town on the namesake island boasts Mediterranean lushness, historic centre and laid-back island vibe. Later today cruise to your hotel – Maslina Resort – in the quiet Maslinica bay by Stari Grad, on the other side of the island.

Hvar Island
After breakfast, meet your guide for a private Hvar Island tour. Begin with the island’s first settlement – Stari Grad. This sleepy Mediterranean town was founded by the Ancient Greeks as a colony of Pharos over 2000 years ago. Walk around its mediaeval streets and visit the romantic Tvrdalj – a Renaissance fortified castle built by a local poet Petar Hektorovic. After a leisurely walk, ride to Malo Grablje village. Deserted in the 1960s in favour of the seaside Milna, today it’s a quirky open-air museum of a world gone by. Enjoy a traditional “peka” lunch in a local tavern and a touch of the past before transferring back to your hotel.

Stari Grad to Peljesac by private boat to Dubrovnik
This morning meet your skipper for a private motorboat cruise to Orebic. En-route stop for a swim in one of the gorgeous beaches of Korcula Island or Peljesac Peninsula. Disembark in Orebic of Peljesac and meet your driver for a private transfer to Dubrovnik. Enroute visit Mali Ston Bay, famous for the original European delicacy – succulent oysters! Enjoy a private oyster farm tour with a local farmer, learn how the oysters are grown and taste them fresh from the sea! Then continue the ride to Dubrovnik.

After breakfast meet your guide for a private walking tour of Dubrovnik. Famed for its sheer beauty, glorious history of a one-time republic and majestic ramparts, Dubrovnik righteously bears the title of the “Pearl of the Adriatic”. Admire famous landmarks that make Dubrovnik an open-air museum and a UNESCO site. Quaint Franciscan monastery hides Europe’s oldest pharmacy; Rector’s Palace honours the mighty dukes of Dubrovnik and the baroque Church of St Blaise celebrates the town’s patron-saint. No visit to Dubrovnik would be complete without a walk around the city walls, one of the best-preserved ramparts in the Mediterranean. The uninterrupted flow of walls, offers a glance of the old town from a completely different angle and spectacular views of the shimmering Adriatic.
