With its intricately carved ice rooms, mesmerising sculptures and range of thrilling excursions, a stay at Sweden's original ICEHOTEL is a truly unique experience.
Stay at two of Scandinavia's quirkiest and most celebrated hotels – Treehotel and ICEHOTEL – during this memorable five-night winter break in Swedish Lapland.
Swedish Lapland is a magical place to visit at any time of the year, a vast expanse of mountains, rivers, valleys and coastal islands that make up Europe's last great wilderness.
ICEHOTEL was first created in 1989 and has been a stand-out on the winter travel circuit ever since. With each reincarnation, about 1,000 tonnes of ice are harvested from the Torne River and crafted by architects and sculptors into rooms, suites, hallways, galleries, a bar and even a small church.
