Cooking classes at Cape Lodge are run each Thursday by the hotel's executive chef Tony Howell who'll teach students his kitchen secrets, tips and recipes, while using some of the finest ingredients from the Margaret River region. Courses include lunch with Cape Lodge wine and are suitable for aspiring cooks of all levels from complete novices to advanced enthusiasts.
