Hop borders to get a taste of Bolivia’s ancient culture and sublime natural world. You’ll start on Lake Titicaca where a hydrofoil cruise will bring you to colonial shrines, Incan temples, handicraft markets, alpaca farms and ‘mud igloo’ villages before an overland transfer to La Paz. The next day, fly out to the famed Uyuni Salt Flats for pre-Columbian forts, traditional communities and some of the continent’s most spectacular vistas. On day three you’ll fly back to La Paz for two nights. A city tour will then introduce you to its unique blend of indigenous, colonial and modern influences best seen in its bustling markets and grand squares all set against the majestic Illimani mountain.
