Wonders of the Nile: Aswan to Cairo

Summary

Sailing the Nile, we follow towering monuments and timeless stories discovering the extraordinary artistry of one of history’s oldest civilisations.

We begin in Aswan and the warm south, where the Nile drifts past desert hills and ancient temples that seem to rise straight from the sand. As we sail upstream, time slows - each stop offering another glimpse into Egypt’s astonishing past.

Soon, we reach Luxor, a city once considered the heart of the ancient world, where life and eternity sit on opposite banks of the river. It’s a place that still feels touched by the divine.

Further afield, quieter sites await: beautiful temples, elaborate tombs, and stories carved deep into stone. These are places many travellers never reach.

Finally, we end in Cairo - vibrant, chaotic, endlessly compelling. Here, amid the swirl of modern life, we step into a museum that holds some of the greatest treasures ever created.

From the temples of Luxor and Karnak to the pyramids of Giza and the magnificent Grand Egyptian Museum, this is a journey made for travellers who want to explore Egypt's highlights and dive a little deeper.
