Day by day itinerary

Day 1
UK to Barbados

After included airport lounge access fly to Barbados where, on arrival, we highly recommend a two or three-night stay at one of the island's many luxury hotels to start your trip off in style. Simply contact one of our cruise experts when enquiring for details on how to extend. After a day exploring Barbados, board Regent Seven Seas' luxury Seven Seas Navigator in the evening. Unpack in your ultra-spacious suite before sampling the first of the ship's five exquisite restaurants, from the elegant blue-and-silver decor of Compass Rose for fresh European cuisine to prime steak and seafood among the leather and dark wood of Prime 7. Day 2
Trinidad & Tobago

Anchor in to the colourful Port of Spain today on the tropical islands of Trinidad and Tobago. With an array of included shore excursions you're perfectly poised to explore – just head to the onboard concierge service and they'll sort the rest – or you can pre-book all excursions up to a year before departure. Perhaps head out for an exciting tour of the city, pausing at historic mansions, 200-year-old botanical gardens and the famed Angostura Rum Distillery, finishing off the day with a Spanish pan-theatre musical performance.

Day 3

Set sail to Grenada today, where there’s everything from jeep tours to clear-bottom kayaking over colourful coral reefs on offer. Or, you may wish to simply relax on the famous Grand Anse beach. There's plenty of time to relax onboard the ship too, of course, whether you want to sip frozen cocktails on the pool deck or indulge in a treatment in the luxe spa – the perfect end to a day of adventure.

Day 4
St Vincent and the Grenadines

Anchor in to St Vincent and the Grenadines today for the chance to spot whales and dolphins among the turquoise coves – which you'll also recognise at the set for many scenes in the Pirates of the Caribbean film series. To explore on your own, we'd highly recommend renting a catamaran with your own captain and guide to explore nearby Bequia’s crystal clear waters.

Day 5

Sailing to Dominica today you'll stop at Roseau, bursting with colonial charm in its open-air market. After sampling one of the region's famous coconut drinks, why not snorkel above the famous Champagne Reef or stop at mineral hot springs and gorges that lead to steaming waterfalls on an open-air jeep safari through the rainforest? If you’d rather stay onboard, there’s plenty to keep you busy, from relaxing on the pool deck with a chilled cocktail to jogging on the track to burn off any excess.

Day 6

With 365 powder-white beaches protected by coral reefs, it’s easy to see why Antigua has never lost its appeal. Celebrate the halfway point of your holiday with a champagne and lobster catamaran cruise, swim with stingrays or even head to the home of a famous Antiguan chef for a hands-on cooking class, where you’ll learn to prepare authentic Caribbean guide. If a full day ashore appeals, you could even head to a luxury hotel for a whiling day by the pool, all-inclusive food, an open bar and a private beach.

Day 7
St Barts

Frequented by the rich and famous, the Riviera-chic vibe of Saint Barthélemy – more commonly known as St Barts – awaits you today. Stroll through its capital, Gustavia, for luxury shopping or a long, lazy lunch in an elegant beach restaurant, or for more adventurous pursuits we recommend a cruise in the ship's semi-submersible vessel or on a rib boat to explore the colourful corals and shipwrecks.

Day 8

One of the Caribbean's more unknown gems, Guadeloupe is home to spectacular waterfalls, jungles and volcanoes, explored with the likes of kayaking among mangroves and driving tours to take in the surrounds, from Hindu temples to national parks. If you’d rather stay on the water, a glass-bottom boat ride affords you the chance to spot the abundant marine life, or you could even take the helm and cruise to the crystal-clear waters of the Grand Cul-de-Sac Marin Nature Reserve, a beautiful chain of coral islets and powder-white shores that's also a UNESCO-listed Biosphere Reserve.

Day 9

Anchoring in to Fort-De-France on the beautiful island of Martinique today, expect to see an abundance of French architecture, perfectly explored with a guided tour – including open-air 4X4 jeep drives – that visit ancient churches, 17th-century rum distilleries, botanical gardens and historic sugar cane and banana plantations.

Day 10
St Lucia

Your penultimate day on the cruise sees you stop among the sugar-white beaches of St Lucia. We'd highly recommend joining the ship's onboard chef to visit the open-air market and learn about the island's spices and local dishes, as well as taking the relaxing sky gondola for panoramic views of the rainforest canopy. There's even the chance to hire or use the services of a guide for a half or full day on a van or minibus, allowing you the chance to customise your time ashore in the comfort and privacy of your own vehicle and stop at a lookout point to witness the iconic Pitons. Perhaps sample the refined Sette Mari for dinner tonight for authentic Italian specialties like spice-crusted tuna steak, perfectly paired with a Tuscan wine, before relaxing in one of the many elegant bars with new-found friends for your final evening onboard.
