Specific highlights range from the humpbacks and glaciers of Paradise Harbour to the leopard seals of Hydrurga Rocks and the penguin research station of Half Moon Island. Sailing among the great icebergs of Lemaire Channel, the calving glaciers of Neko Harbour and the historic base station of Port Lockroy are further possibilities.
