Levi Panorama, Finnish Lapland

Location

Perched atop one of Levi’s fells in the Finnish Lapland, Hotel Levi Panorama commands sweeping views of the resort and is an ideal location for Northern Lights viewing. Only 15-minutes from Kittila Airport, the resort is most easily accessed by a connecting flight from Helsinki, and Levi town can be reached by ski lift or gondola.

Accommodation

Bright and airy rooms offer comfortable beds, complimentary tea and coffee facilities and some feature balconies, overlooking the valley. An upgrade to a junior suite includes extra space with separate seating areas and the choice between deep bathtubs or a private sauna, whilst a deluxe suite features two bedrooms and living room, and some include kitchenettes and balconies.

Facing the surrounding fells and Lapland’s plains, Restaurant Panorama serves traditional Lappish cuisine and fresh arctic dishes, with international influences. Sample sautéed reindeer with pickled cucumber and lingonberries, or head to Restaurant Vetta for a bar menu of hot soups, pizzas and burgers.

Given its location, Hotel Levi Panorama is an ideal resort for winter sports enthusiasts; take part in skiing, cross country skiing, husky and reindeer sledding and snowmobiling, whilst in summer, enjoy long days hiking, rafting, canoeing, biking, playing golf and quad biking. Spend evenings in the Gold Digger Bar and Lounge or relax in the hotel sauna or with a sauna safari on Lake Immeljarvi.
