The hotel has a total of seven restaurants as well as a selection of bars and lounges, offering everything from fine dining to afternoon tea or a light snack. Some of the best views can be found at Restaurant Petrus where traditional French dishes are served in elegant surroundings overlooking Victoria Harbour. Café TOO offers casual yet creative buffet-style dining with a huge range of flavours from around the world. Nadaman offers the best in Japanese cuisine and the two Michelin-starred Summer Palace presents award-winning Cantonese cuisine served in grand Oriental surroundings.
