Hanuman is an award winning restaurant that focuses on Thai and Indian flavours and is one of the most popular restaurants in Alice Springs. Springs, a casual bistro-style restaurant offers a buffet or full à la carte breakfast menu whilst the Deck Eatery and Bar is open daily from 11am for lunch and dinner. The Pool Bar is open seasonally for cool drinks and light meals poolside.
