Like its city host, the Cordis features a full range of gastronomic options. Of them, the double-Michelin-starred Ming Court is the headline act, with authentic Cantonese dishes paired with a 400-strong wine menu. For something more relaxed, head to the Garage. Here, a pair of vintage Citroen vans serve up a spread of Western food truck favourites with an Asian twist. Don’t also miss the choice of 40 craft beers.
