Milan
Begin your holiday in style with complimentary airport lounge access, then fly to Milan where you'll be met by a private driver and brought to your central accommodation, the fashionistas’ favourite, Hotel de la Ville. Check in your bags and spend the rest of the day exploring this remarkable city with an escorted city tour. In the evening we recommend dining in the hotels fusion restaurant "Il Vizio" which combines sushi and seafood with quality Italian specialities.

Milan to Lake Como
Get your fill of the breakfast buffet before heading out to soak up more of Milan's sights, exploring at your own pace, perhaps visiting some of Milan's iconic attractions including the Brera art gallery, the magnificent Duomo Cathedral Santa Maria delle Grazie – home to Leonardo's Last Supper – and the museum at La Scala.
Having crossed Milan off your list, next up are the tempting waters of Lake Como. Grab your bags and transfer to Lake Como on routes that hug its shores, skipping through short tunnels and taking in sublime mountain views. Along with near-ancient basilicas and monastic botanical gardens, pretty villages line its coast where locals feast on lake fish and paths wind between red-roofed buildings and cypress groves. Tonight, you'll stay at the Grand Hotel Imperiale, a 1920s Art Nouveau villa in Moltrasio on the shores of the lake.

Over five relaxing days, you'll have time to soak in your surrounds as you spend days indulging in the luxuries of your hotel and heading out to explore pretty towns and mountain trails and dine in locals-favourite restaurants, getting a taste for Northern Italy's fabulous food and wine. Speak to our specialists about adding in a lake cruise, taking in the region's famous villas and more of those magnificent views.
You'll also have time for a relaxing treatment or two at the hotel's superb spa, while in the evenings, after a days filled with exploration and pampering relaxation, head to the hotel's cosy restaurant – a candle-lit affair where food consists of locally sourced, seasonal dishes.
