UK airport VIP lounge access
Escape to the calm and comfort of a Business Class lounge without having to pay for a Business Class seat.
One of the most popular benefits of booking with WEXAS is the use of our exclusive UK airport VIP lounge programme.
We'll provide you and your party with free lounge access – subject to availability on the day – at participating UK airports whenever you book a longhaul flight with at least two nights' overseas accommodation, or a shorthaul flight with at least seven nights' accommodation through WEXAS. (Gold members need only book two nights accommodation with shorthaul flights.)
This also applies to cruise holidays booked through WEXAS as well as any holidays or tours booked through WEXAS but run by other tour operators, such as Kuoni, Exodus, G Adventures or Travel Indochina.
Most VIP lounges provide newspapers, internet access, complimentary food and drink and, above all, a place to relax in away from the bustle of departures.
How to qualify for free lounge access
- Book a longhaul flight with at least two nights' overseas accommodation, or a shorthaul flight with at least seven nights' accommodation through WEXAS. (Gold members need only book two nights accommodation with shorthaul flights.)
- Travel must be pre-booked with WEXAS (not via an associated web link) and lounge access is only valid on flights departing from the UK.
- Complimentary access is applicable to all passengers on the booking, though restrictions may apply to children under 12 years of age.
- If you have booked a First or Business Class ticket or have an appropriate frequent flyer card then no voucher will be issued as you will automatically have access to the appropriate airline lounge.
- Please note that there are no independent lounge facilities at Heathrow Terminals 2, 4 and 5.
Complimentary access is not valid for group bookings (ten people or more).
Your free access voucher
- Shortly before departure you'll be sent your airport lounge voucher together with your itinerary and other documentation relevant to your holiday.
- Vouchers are not transferable and are only valid for the date, lounge and number of guests printed on the voucher.
- Vouchers are not redeemable for cash.
- In the event of entry being refused, no refund is payable.
- Should you amend or cancel the booking and it no longer qualifies for lounge access, WEXAS has the right to charge you for any subsequent use of a voucher.
The lounge
- Complimentary access is only valid at participating UK lounges (details of which are listed below).
- Failure to present the voucher at the lounge may result in you being denied entry.
- Entry is subject to availability on arrival.
What if I don't qualify for lounge access?
If you're flying Economy but don't qualify for free UK lounge access, you can still enjoy the benefits of VIP lounges if you're carrying a Priority Pass card. Priority Pass membership is free to all WEXAS Blue and Gold members and grants you access to more than 600 airport VIP lounges worldwide – including lounges in the UK – for just £15 per person per visit, regardless of your class of ticket or the airline you are travelling with.
