Children of those taking a trip aboard the Ventura cruise ship may be about to learn how to cook from a leading culinary expert.
From next month, Marco Pierre White is going to be offering lessons to kids on the P&O Cruises vessel, the Daily Telegraph reports.
The classes are to be held in his restaurant on the ship, the White Room, with the first teachings set for a Caribbean cruise departing from Barbados during the half-term holiday.
White remarked: "These sessions have been a great success with grown-ups, so we felt it was right for children to have a chance to shine in the kitchen."
Youngsters taking part will be shown how to put together Marco's mother's tomato pasta, as well as fish fingers for fussy eaters.
P&O Cruises last month announced that it will be introducing a new boat to its fleet that will "buck the trend" of larger vessels in the sector.
Entitled Adonia, the cruise ship will accommodate 710 passengers.
