India is a destination that receives a lot of praise from people who have visited it, it has been asserted.
Tom Hall, travel editor at Lonely Planet, made his comments following the publication of a press release from the guide book company this week, which observed that the majority of currencies are able to buy a large amount of rupees in the country.
He stated that one of the main attractions of India is its fine cuisine, noting that it is quick and easy to obtain locally-produced "delicious" food while there.
In addition, Mr Hall explained that, due to its size, India has a range of different environments, meaning that whether people are keen to lounge on the beach, climb mountains and enjoy scenery, or almost anything in between, they should be well catered for.
"The Golden Triangle – Delhi, Agra and Jaipur – are really considered unmissable parts of the country - and rightly so," the industry expert said in conclusion.
