About

Recommended for:
Activity adventure | Natural world | Wildlife

Based at Arctic Haven Lodge – a unique wilderness retreat 700km east of Yellowknife on the tree line of the Canadian Arctic Barrens – this escorted tour brings you right out into the Nanavut wilderness, taking in some of Canada's best locations for spotting wild Qamanirjuaq caribou as they migrate across the Arctic tundra. But there's far more to this tour than wildlife spotting alone, with a choice of activities that range from fishing and hiking to scenic boat tours and, in autumn, trips out to see the Northern Lights.
