Qatar Airways leads the world in providing an outstanding customer experience and is one of just 10 airlines to be awarded a 5-star rating by Skytrax. Indeed, Qatar Airways was named 'World’s Best Airline' for an unprecedented seventh time at the prestigious 2022 Skytrax World Airline Awards, widely regarded as ‘the Oscars of the aviation industry’. The airline won no fewer than nine awards, including the World's Best Business Class and World's Best Business Class seat.
Destinations
Qatar Airways currently flies to over 150 destinations serving destinations in Africa, Asia, Australasia and the Middle East, with convenient connections from the UK via Doha's Hamad International airport. In March 2023 Qatar Airways announced a huge network expansion during 2023, with 7 new destinations, 11 route resumptions and frequency increases for 35 routes, including the restart of flights from Birmingham and additional frequencies from London Heathrow and London Gatwick.
What's more, Qatar Airways and British Airways recently announced a joint business agreement, under which the two airlines provide more global connectivity than any other joint airline business. Qatar Airways has also joined the Avios rewards scheme, which amongst many benefits allows customers with Executive Club and Privilege Club memberships to move Avios points between the two schemes and redeem Avios on either airline. A member of the Oneworld alliance, 900 destinations in 170 territories with hundreds of airport lounges are also available to Qatar Airways customers.
Economy class
Qatar Airways have some of the most spacious Economy class seats available, with extra-wide, comfy spaces that feature adjustable headrests for optimum comfort. You'll also enjoy a selection of meal choices, light pillows and fleece blankets alongside up to 4,000 in-flight entertainment options on a 10.6-inch personal screen.
Business Class Qsuite
The revolutionary Qsuite raised the bar for longhaul business class and now features on many Qatar Airways routes, including selected flights from London Heathrow and Manchester. Luxurious window suites with sliding doors, ambient lighting and fully lie-flat beds provide the comfort and privacy demanded by solo travellers. In the centre of the cabin, flexible quad spaces allow the creation of a private social space for 2 or 4 people traveling together. And for the ultimate in flexibility, each individual seat can be transformed into a fully private space when you wish to relax or sleep.
