Worldwide Lounge Access

 

Join WEXAS and you’ll be able to access over 100 airport VIP lounges with the flash of your membership card.

 

You don’t have to fly business class to get into Airport VIP lounges – just show your WEXAS, pay a nominal fee (normally less than £20) and you’re in. You’ll be able to relax away from the crowds, receive complimentary drinks and snacks, take advantage of showers or check emails.

What’s more, if you book your longhaul flight and a minimum of 2-nights accommodation then the lounge is on us – we’ll send you a complimentary VIP lounge voucher to hand in at one of 23 UK airports. This applies to holidays with all holiday and cruise companies too.

 

Your booking

  • Travel must be pre booked via WEXAS (not via an associated web link).
  • Please ensure that you ask your consultant to place all elements of your reservation on one booking to ensure that we can track your eligibility.
  • Complimentary access is only valid for a UK outbound flight. If the flight is not ex-UK no free lounge access applies.
  • Complimentary access is applicable for all passengers on the booking - however restrictions may apply to children under 12.
  • If you have booked a First or Business class ticket or have an appropriate Frequent Flyer card then no voucher will be issued as you will automatically have access to the appropriate airline lounge.
  • Complimentary access is not valid for Group Bookings (10 people or more)

The voucher

  • Failure to present the voucher at the lounge may mean that you will be charged for using the service.
  • Vouchers are not transferable and are only valid for the date, lounge and number of guests printed on the voucher.
  • Vouchers are not redeemable for cash
  • In the event of entry being refused, no refund is payable.
  • Should you amend or cancel the booking and it no longer qualifies WEXAS have the right to charge for any subsequent use of the lounge.

  • Complimentary access is only valid at selected UK Airport Lounges - please see the listing below.
  • Failure to present the voucher at the lounge may mean that you will be charged for using the service.
  • Entry is subject to availability on arrival

If for any reason you or your booking does not qualify for complimentary UK Airport Lounge access you can still benefit from privileged access to over 100 airport lounges worldwide for a modest fee.

  • You must register for the WEXAS Airport VIP Lounge Programme prior to your trip. Forms are available on request from your consultant.
  • Access to the VIP lounges will always be subject to space availability.
  • WEXAS members may take guests and children into the lounges where permitted (they will be charged a the adult rate), however this is subject to the discretion of the lounge and availability at the time of entry.
