Will the price of my holiday or cruise change if I have booked in advance?
The price of your Wexas holiday or cruise is guaranteed, and will not change as long as you have already booked and paid either a deposit, or your balance in full. Our finance team have been working in the background to ensure smooth currency management to protect your holiday pricing, in the event of Brexit.
What level of protection does Wexas offer for its clients?
Wexas is a member of ATOL (Association of Tour Operators Limited) and ABTA (Association of British Travel Agents) and is fully bonded tour operator. We are licenced by the Civil Aviation Authority, which gives you, our clients, full financial protection and peace of mind, to reassure you during the current period of economic uncertainty.
Do UK travellers still have freedom of movement in the EU?
Yes, ABTA has confirmed that travellers are as free to move between the UK and the EU as they were before the Brexit vote, and this is likely to continue for the next couple of years.
Is my European Health Insurance card still valid?
Yes, European Health Insurance Cards (EHIC) remain valid, and are likely to remain valid for the next couple of years.
Are my flights within the EU still covered by Air Passenger Rights?
Yes, regulations such as Air Passenger Rights remain in place.
Do the same price guarantees and reassurances apply if I have booked with one of your sister companies – Best Served Scandinavia or The Luxury Cruise Company?
Yes, all Wexas-owned companies have the same practices and reassurance.
