Short description

A five-day tour of the actual locations where the Sky TV hit series Fortitude was filmed, as well as the cosmopolitan capital Reykjavik

Recommended for:
Activity adventure | History & culture | Short break

The trip will allow you to discover East Iceland - a place of vibrant birdlife, undulating green valleys, and steep fjords formed from thousands upon thousands of basaltic lava layers. You'll experience the area's atmosphere of isolation, which is crystallised in the television series.

For extra authenticity, you'll be guided by a local who acted as an extra in the series - adding an insider's touch. Additionally, you'll see some of Iceland's most iconic landmarks, including the Blue Lagoon, the Geysir geothermal area, the Gullfoss Waterfall, and the history-rich Thingvellir National Park.
