WEXAS Travel Management is committed to minimising the effects of our business on the environment. The company and staff financially support environmental and conservation charities and organisations.

Literature is printed on wood-free paper and paper from sustainable forestry sources. We have an active recycling policy within the workplace. Each office is equipped with recycling bins to take care of paper, glass, aluminium tins and cans, some plastics, cardboard and any other recyclable materials.

The latest technology available is used to provide energy saving benefits and when computer systems are upgraded, we donate the original equipment to charitable organisations.  Printer and toner cartridges benefit Great Ormond Street Children’s Hospital in London.

Our offices are cleaned using environmentally friendly cleaning products and consumables such as hand towels are made from recycled paper. 

Where possible, all records are kept on systems rather than paper files. Additionally, we use e-ticketing to further reduce paper consumption.

Our policy is to use public transport for UK business travel.
