· Ability to manage and achieve financial targets to specific time scales

· Excellent literacy and numeracy skills

· Great attention to detail, administration skills and time-management

· Previous travel sales experience preferably with a destination specialist operator or agency

· GDS knowledge and preferably experience selling both published and negotiated nett airfares

· Experience in dealing with high net worth customers and luxury travel

· First hand experience of Australasia / Asia

· Ability to talk with authority and credibility adding insight and value to the members experience.

· Reservations experience using a GDS
