Travel Consultants - services & planning
WEXAS aims to put members first, providing
travel services that suit your needs exactly. As a member, you will
find that our travel consultants put themselves in your position.
They ask themselves what you might want and how you would want to
be treated, before they start your travel planning. We select only
the best consultants. They have to know the travel services
industry inside out and have a lot of personal travelling
experience too.
We train them the WEXAS way - to exacting
standards, ensuring that they are friendly, polite and helpful as
well as knowledgeable and technically skilled in travel services.
The best IT tools are at their disposal. WEXAS
holds ABTA's Gold Training Award as well as the Investor in People
accolade, ensuring our travel planning and customer services are
always top quality.
Calls are monitored closely to ensure they are answered to our
high standards and, if possible, within three rings. You are put
through immediately to a trained consultant. No waiting on the
line. No pressing 1,2,3 etc!.
