FREE UK airport lounges
Book your holiday with WEXAS and you could qualify for access to one of 27 VIP lounges in 18 UK airports – and you don’t need to be flying Business Class. If you book a holiday with us which includes longhaul economy flights and at least two nights accommodation or shorthaul economy flights and at least seven nights accommodation (Gold members need only book two nights accommodation on shorthaul travel) then we’ll provide you with access to a VIP lounge.
This applies to WEXAS holidays or any other holiday with any other travel company booked through WEXAS such as Kuoni, Thomas Cook, Thomson or Exodus. This applies to cruise holidays too.
How your holiday qualifies for a FREE lounge
- Travel must be pre-booked via WEXAS (not via an associated web link)
- Please ensure that you ask your consultant to place all elements of your reservation on one booking to ensure that we can track your eligibility
- Complimentary access is only valid for a UK outbound flight. If the flight is not flying out of the UK no free lounge access applies
- Complimentary access is applicable for all passengers on the booking – however restrictions may apply to children under 12
- If you have booked a First or Business class ticket or have an appropriate Frequent Flyer card then no voucher will be issued as you will automatically have access to the appropriate airline lounge
- Please note that there are no independent lounge facilities at Heathrow Terminals 2 and 5
* Complimentary access is not valid for group bookings (10 people or more)
Please refer to the worldwide airport VIP lounge programme for entry cost, if your booking does not qualify for free UK lounge access and you do not have a Priority Pass card. If you do have a Priority Pass card – having renewed your WEXAS membership in 2010 – please refer to the Priority Pass programme for lounge details. Entry to all airport VIP lounges under Priority Pass costs £15 per person per visit.
Your FREE access voucher
- Failure to present the voucher at the lounge may mean that you will be charged for using the service
- Vouchers are not transferable and are only valid for the date, lounge and number of guests printed on the voucher
- Vouchers are not redeemable for cash
- In the event of entry being refused, no refund is payable
- Should you amend or cancel the booking and it no longer qualifies WEXAS has the right to charge for any subsequent use of the lounge
