Honest pricing policy
Unlike many travel companies, we believe it’s unfair to just show ’from prices’ that usually relate to low season when you may not be planning to travel. There are many factors that affect holiday prices, including exchange rates, fuel costs and how far in advance you book. So in all our 2009 brochures and across the website, to help you find the right type of hotel or holiday, we’ll include ’guide prices’ where possible. These are based on the lowest room category and will be approximate prices ’from’ and ’to’ based on both low and high seasons. To get the exact price, simply call a consultant and we’ll provide you with a personal, tailored, no obligation, up-to-the-minute quotation, allowing you to make an informed decision about your travel plans for the time you want to travel.

We’re so confident that our holidays are the best value that if you were to find the same holiday cheaper elsewhere, we’ll match it or refund your membership fee.*
*Applies to holidays (scheduled flights with a minimum of three nights accommodation) on a like-for-like basis (same flight, accommodation etc.) from another ATOL bonded and ABTA registered holiday company. In the unlikely event that we cannot match the holiday price, we will refund the membership fee paid or provide 12 months complimentary membership.
