1-3
UK/O'ahu
Enjoy included airport lounge access before your flight to Hawaii. Arriving in Honolulu, you’ll pick up your car at the airport and transfer to Waikiki Beach hotel for a three-night stay. Your introduction to paradise living can include visits to the USS Arizona memorial at Pearl Harbor and the Hanauma Bay Nature Preserve, famous for its pristine beach and great snorkelling. Don’t forget to visit the North Shore and its celebrated surf spots, complemented by stunning cliff-top hikes.

4-6
Kauai
It's a 20-minute flight to Kauai, Hawaii's oldest island and the backdrop to such classics as Jurassic Park, South Pacific and more recently, Lost. Collect your hire car for two full days exploring Kauai's green and rugged coastline. The most famous stretch, the Na Pali Coast, is unreachable by car but a helicopter tour comes highly recommended. You can, however, drive to Waimea Canyon, a gargantuan chasm of ancient lava rock, 13 miles long and 2,500ft deep.

Hawaii (The Big Island)
Hop on your next flight to The Big Island where no trip is complete without a visit to Volcanoes National Park, home to two of the world's largest and most active volcanoes: Kilauea has been erupting continuously since 1983 and molten lava can often be witnessed tumbling into the sea. Included car hire allows you time to explore at your own pace, taking in dense jungle valleys fronting white beaches and even snow-capped peaks.

Maui
Your next flight will bring you to Maui where you'll collect your next hire car. From your hotel at Kaanapali, you can stroll along the beautiful beach and enjoy the views of the neighbouring islands. Then, rise before dawn for a sunrise hike at Haleakala, the world's largest dormant volcano. The island also offers world-class windsurfing, diving and, from December to April, whale-watching.

Oahu/UK
Fly back to Oahu to connect with your overnight flight back to the UK, arriving on day 14.
