Of all the luxury hotels in Paris, the Hôtel de Crillon is arguably the richest in history and I really like its ocation overlooking the Place de la Concorde.

The striking thing when you enter, is the hotel’s 18th century opulence - the furniture of Louis XV, fine Italian marble and Baccarat crystal chandeliers. Staff are readily on hand to provide information, make last minute dinner reservations, or arrange tickets to the opera. Everything seems possible and not too much trouble. The hotel has a variety of rooms, each decorated with original works of art. There’s a view of the Place de la Concorde or the inner courtyards and gardens.
