Air New Zealand’s state-of-the-art Economy seats (33-inch seat pitch) have been designed to provide a really comfortable rest. The armrest disappears right into the back of the seat (even at the windows) and the winged headrest now swivels more freely to better support your head.
You’ll also find its new in-flight entertainment system (10.6-inch screen) has loads more content that will keep you busy from the moment you touch down. Meal times will be different too with new choices like premium wines and snacks that can be ordered at the touch of your screen.

Introducing the Economy Skycouch™ - a trio of Economy seats that together create a flexible space for whatever you want it to be - to relax and stretch out in or to curl up on while you watch your in-flight entertainment. It’s like having your very own couch on the plane. By booking this three-wide seat space, you really can get the most from your longhaul flying experience.
