Day 1 Puerto Morelos, Riviera Maya
Upon arrival in Cancún you will be met and transferred to the Cieba del Mar Beach & Spa Resort in Puerto Morelos.
Day 2 Mérida
Travel to colonial Mérida and enjoy a half-day city tour before heading to Hotel Casa Lecanda, a luxury boutique hotel housed in a beautifully restored Yucatecan home for a two-night stay (B).
Day 3 Mérida
Full-day tour to the ancient sites of Uxmal, rated by many archaeologists as the finest Mayan city, and Kabah with its amazing Palace of Masks (B,L).
Day 4 Chichén Itzá
Spend a full day exploring the most famous of ancient Mexican sites Chichén Itzá, once the greatest Mayan centre of the Yucatán Peninsula and now one of the official New 7 Wonders of the World. Your hotel, the Hacienda Chichen Resort is just steps away from the ruins (B,L).
Days 5-7 Riveira Maya
En route to the Riviera Maya stop at the sacred Mayan waterhole Cenote-Ik-Kil for lunch and a refreshing swim. Continue to Hotel Escenia, 20-minutes south of Playa del Carmen and 25-minutes north of Tulum. This luxury hotel that was once the home of an Italian duchess is set on one of the best beaches in the area and promises a fantastic end to your stay (B).
Day 8 Cancún
Enjoy a final morning on the beach before transferring to the airport at Cancún for your onward journey or flight back to the UK.
