Opening hours
Our opening hours from Monday to Friday are listed below. This is the best time to call us if you have a specific destination in mind as you'll be guaranteed to speak to an appropriate specialist.
We are also open on Saturday but with fewer specialists on hand to take calls. If for any reason the specialist you talk to is not able help, a relevant destination specialist will call you back on Monday.
Monday to Friday: 09:00 – 19:00
Saturday: 09:00 – 16:00

The easiest way to contact our specialists is over the phone, but you're more than welcome to discuss your plans in person.
Our offices are a hundred yards from Harrods and Knightsbridge tube station on London Underground's Piccadilly Line.
Please call in advance to arrange an appointment.

All calls to London 020 numbers are charged at normal BT rates. Please direct any general queries or complaints to the Membership Team who will deal with your query immediately by phone. Any written correspondence will be acknowledged within 48 hours.
