WEXAS and any third party providers and distributors do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, currency or reliability of any of the content or data found in this site and such parties expressly disclaim all warranties and conditions, including implied warranties and conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, and those arising by statute or otherwise in law or from a course of dealing or usage of trade. In no event will WEXAS be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including without limitation lost profits and cost of procurement of substitute products, arising out of your use or inability to use any content or features, or your failure to access or click-through access any content or features, even if WEXAS has been advised of the possibility of such damages. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

This site contains links to other web sites which are provided solely as a convenience to you and not as an endorsement by WEXAS, its third party providers or distributors of the contents of such other web sites. Neither WEXAS nor any third party provider or distributor shall be responsible for the content of any other web sites and make no representation or warranty regarding any other web sites or the contents or materials on such web sites. - GOVERNING LAW. This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts. You consent and submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts in all questions and controversies arising out of your use of this site and this Agreement.
- ASSIGNMENT. You may not assign, convey, subcontract or delegate your rights, duties or obligations hereunder.
- MODIFICATIONS. WEXAS may at any time modify these terms and conditions and your continued use of this site will be conditioned upon the terms and conditions in force at the time of your use.
- SEVERABILITY. These terms and conditions shall be deemed severable. In the event that any provision is determined to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision shall nonetheless be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.
- ADDITIONAL TERMS. Additional terms and conditions may apply to travel reservations, travel packages, insurance, purchases of goods and services, membership subscriptions, lifestyle purchases from other independent suppliers, and other uses of sections of this site, and you agree to abide by such other terms and conditions as stated during any such transaction or use of a section of the site.
- REGULATING AUTHORITIES "ATOL" (Air Travel Organiser’s Licence), is a licence granted by the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA). The Air Holidays and Flights shown on this site are ATOL Protected, since we hold an Air Travel Organiser’s Licence granted by the Civil Aviation Authority. Our own ATOL number is ATOL 2873. In the unlikely event of our insolvency, the CAA will ensure that you are not stranded abroad and will arrange to refund any money you have paid to us for an advance booking. We also act as agents for other licensed tour organizers in which case the relevant ATOL number is advised to you at the time of booking. Flight bookings are also ATOL protected, except where tickets for scheduled flights are sent to you within 24 hours of payment being accepted or when payment is made direct to airlines, when we act only as their agent. "ABTA" (Association of British Travel Agents) is an association of travel agents and tour operators within the United Kingdom who agree to abide by a common set of trading standards. Those travel agents or operators that carry the distinctive ABTA symbol, have been required to pass certain tests issued by ABTA, in order to become a member. The ABTA Code of Conduct means that every one of our travel agents and tour operators has to work to the highest standards of service and quality. Descriptions of travel arrangements must be compiled according to comprehensive guidelines set by ABTA to ensure clarity and accuracy. Specifically, membership of ABTA ensures that (i) the tour operator or travel agent is financially sound (ii) the descriptions in any brochure are accurate (iii) your booking will be handled with the highest standards of service and quality (iv) your money is safe and (v) you will never be stranded abroad. "IATA" (Ltd Air Transport Association) regulate airlines and airfares and acts as a bonding agency allowing an agency displaying their symbol to sell tickets legitimately. A customer who books air tickets with an IATA bonded agency can be confident that the airline has trust in the agency to sell at legitimate and fair prices.
- HEADINGS. The heading used in these Terms and Conditions are included by convenience only and will not limit or otherwise affect these Terms and Conditions.
- ENTIRE AGREEMENT. These terms and conditions, together with those incorporated herein or referred to herein constitute the entire agreement between us relating to the subject matter hereof, and supersedes any prior understandings or agreements (whether oral or written) regarding the subject matter.
