Explore Vancouver before stepping aboard the Rocky Mountaineer train for an exciting journey through the majestic Rockies. Continue through the alpine villages of Jasper, Lake Louise, Banff, and Whistler to Victoria. Discover this charming city, then board your Holland America Line ship, the ms Zuiderdam, for a seven night cruise of the Inside Passage, stopping in Juneau, Skagway, Glacier Bay and Ketchikan.

Day 1 Vancouver
Upon arrival you’ll be met and transferred to your hotel. Tonight, enjoy a Welcome Reception. Two nights at The Fairmont Waterfront with its spectacular views.
Day 2 Vancouver
Tour the sights of Vancouver. Then walk along the Capilano Suspension Bridge before time at leisure (B).
Day 3 Rocky Mountaineer Rail, Kamloops
Board the Rocky Mountaineer train and enjoy the comforts of GoldLeaf Service. Pass through the Coast Mountains, then enter the Fraser Canyon. Follow the Thompson River to Kamloops. Overnight in Kamloops - hotel assigned by Rocky Mountaineer. Kamloops has limited accommodation, only two or three-star hotels (B,L).
Day 4 Rocky Mountaineer Rail, Jasper
Aboard the Rocky Mountaineer, follow the Thompson River into the Monashee Mountains and past Mt Robson. Arrive in Jasper and choose where you dine at The Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge. Two nights at The Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge (B,L,D).
Day 5 Jasper
Spend a full day in Jasper today, enjoying your selected touring activity (B).
Day 6 Icefields Parkway, Athabasca Glacier, Lake Louise
Journey along the Icefields Parkway, stopping to drive on the Athabasca Glacier. In Lake Louise, choose from one of the chateau’s restaurants. Overnight at The Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise, in Banff National Park (B,D).
Day 7 Moraine Lake, Banff National Park
Join a stroll along the shore with Mountain Heritage Guides and visit Moraine Lake before journeying to Banff, where you will ride the Banff Gondola to the top of Sulphur Mountain. In the evening, choose where you dine at The Fairmont Banff Springs.
Two nights at The Fairmont Banff Springs (B,D).
Day 8 Banff
Enjoy a tour of Banff, then join a selected activity from a range including a nature hike or helicopter flight over the region (B).
Day 9 Sun Peaks
Descend from the Rockies, crossing Kicking Horse Pass into Yoho National Park. Travel through Glacier and Mt Revelstoke national parks and arrive in Sun Peaks. Overnight at the Delta Sun Peaks Resort (B,D).
Day 10 Thompson Okanagan, Whistler
Travel to the ski resort of Whistler. After dinner spend time exploring the lively pedestrian village. Two nights at the Whistler Westin Resort & Spa (B,D).
Day 11 Whistler
Spend a full day in Whistler today, enjoying your selected touring activity (B).
Day 12 Victoria
Enjoy the scenery along the Sea to Sky Highway, stopping at Shannon Falls. Cruise the Georgia Strait to Vancouver Island and head to Victoria. Two nights at the Marriott Inner Harbour (B).
Day 13 Victoria, Butchart Gardens
This morning visit the famous Butchart Gardens, with its amazing floral displays, for breakfast. Later choose your touring in Victoria. Perhaps take a walking tour or a horse-drawn carriage ride (B,D).
Day 14 Vancouver / Holland America Line Alaska Cruise
Return to Vancouver and board your cruise ship. Holland America Line’s ms Zuiderdam in a Verandah Stateroom. 14 Day guests depart tour after breakfast with a transfer to the airport (B,D).
Day 15 Inside Passage
Enjoy a day at sea, gliding over the Inside Passage (B,L,D).
Day 16 Juneau
Arrive in Juneau, Alaska’s capital today, at the base of grand mountains. Experience the native Alaskan influence (B,L,D).
Day 17 Skagway
Journey to Skagway, a gateway for the gold rush. Spend time exploring a town where frontier history still lives on (B,L,D).
Day 18 Glacier Bay
Wake to the breathtaking sight of Glacier Bay National Park. Rangers will explain the geological wonders and point out diverse wildlife and marine mammals (B,L,D).
Day 19 Ketchikan
Tour Ketchikan’s sights this afternoon including museums, Creek Street and native cultural attractions. You may also wish to sample some of the local delicacy, salmon (B,L,D).
Day 20 Inside Passage
Continue south through the scenic Inside Passage (B,L,D).
Day 21 Vancouver
Arrive back in Vancouver and transfer to the airport for your flight home (B).
