Arrive in Perth, Australia's sunniest state capital, and transfer to the Terrace Hotel, an historic 19th century building turned boutique hotel that's garnering high praise for its food and service. Enjoy exploring Kings Park, take a cruise upriver to the 40 or so vineyards of Swan Valley, or perhaps visit Rottnest Island, a car-free haven with beautiful beaches, superb offshore reefs and a wonderful network of walking and cycling trails.

Broome
Fly north to Broome, from where you'll take a scenic heli transfer to Eco Beach, a multi-award-winning eco-resort on the Indian Ocean, amid miles and miles of stunning, deserted beaches. Arnhem Land
Today you'll enjoy a full-day Arnhem Land tour in the company of an Aboriginal guide. Traditional culture still dominates Aboriginal-owned Arnhem Land and your guide's explanation of the ancient rock art at Injalak Hill – one of the best examples of Aboriginal art in Australia – is one of the many highlights of today's fascinating tour.

Nitmiluk National Park
Start your three-day self-drive from Darwin to Cicada Lodge in Nitmiluk National Park, home to the rugged Katherine Gorge, one of the Northern Territory's most stunning natural attractions. The modern lodge is set in natural bush high above the ancient waterways of the Katherine river system.
