Internationally renowned chef, Anton Mosimann will sail with all-inclusive ultra-luxury cruise line Silversea as a guest chef in 2009. Chef Mosimann will sail on the newley refurbished Silver Wind on a 12-day Mediterranean voyage from Istanbul to Rome, departing on 18 October. Throughout this voyage, Anton Mosimann will share his creative expertise through special menus, cooking demonstrations and a grand gourmet dinner.
