- For travel from 01 November 2010, fares will increase (exact amount differs depending on destinations), this is due to the Chancellor introducing higher Air Passenger Duty levels.
- Travel is only permitted from/to London Gatwick, however travel is permitted on other A380’s out of Dubai.
- Offer applies to Emirates ’C’ business class levels - I class business class fares do not offer the free upgrade to first class
- Where there is no First Class cabin - travel will be in Business Class - please check with your consultant.

- Passengers will not be compensated if downgraded from Business to First due to unforeseen circumstances
